All data is stored on our certified servers located in the US for retrieval only by our certified accountants/Bookkeepers. All the data stays in the US to comply with privacy regulations. Step 1: Once the contract is signed and initial payment has been received, we will determine a team to work on your account. Your team will include a CPA manager, bookkeeper, technical contact and an account manager.
Step 2: With AccountsNext you have an option to choose one of 2 simple methods to give access to your accounting documents for AccountsNext
accounting professionals to work on it. Method One: Secure File Transfer:
We will set up a password protected Client Home Page through which each customer will have access from the portal on the http://www.accountsnext.com website. We will send you your Client-Log in information, and direct you to a guide that will help you in learning to operate your scanner, upload your source documents and download your reports.

Customer sends all their accounting documents
Scan all your documents and upload the files to AccountsNext server securely using secure FTP access or secure Log in Passwords issued.
OR
Fax all your documents to AccountsNext.
OR
Email all your documents to AccountsNext.
2.
AccountsNext, Access all documents remotely, processes your documents, using own copy of accounting software, and generates the completed files. Customer is Notified via email, when the documents are ready for review.
3.
Customer downloads all the processed accounting files from AccountsNext server securely and imports them into their accounting software for verification
Method Two: Remote Server

You give permission to AccountsNext to remotely login to your computer and access your accounting software.
2.
AccountsNext will access your accounting software remotely to process all your accounting documents as per your instructions and keep it ready for you to verify it.
